- thedialbop.store, trading as The Dial Bop™, is a separate Shopify store. Its legal contact page gives a Gmail address and no postal address. The web address of its product page, and the product's structured data, still name a dog-boot product called Tread Pup™.
- ringpop.store sells a RingPop Retro Handset at a product address that copies ours. Its contact page gives a Yahoo address and no postal address.
- Amazon listings titled Dial Bop Phone or Dialbop Retro Handset are third-party sellers. We do not sell on Amazon, Walmart, Temu, eBay or Etsy, so none of those listings are ours.
Compatibility
dialbop.com sells three plug versions: USB-C for iPhone 15 and newer and for Android, Lightning for iPhone 14 and older with the adapter in the box, and 3.5 mm for any phone with a headphone hole. You pick the plug for each handset on the order form, and if you are unsure you email us your phone model first.
thedialbop.store lists USB-C and 3.5 mm only, with no Lightning option, so an iPhone 14 or older buyer has to source an adapter separately. ringpop.store lists colours only, with no plug choice on the product page we saw.
Price
On September 10, 2026, one handset on dialbop.com was $39, with the second handset in a Duo at half price and the Trio at buy two, get one free. thedialbop.store listed its handset at $45 against a struck-through $90, and the product showed as sold out when we checked. ringpop.store listed its handset at $45. Both of those stores also sell paid add-ons such as priority handling and a separate paid warranty; we do not.
Shipping
dialbop.com ships free and tracked to every country we serve. We dispatch in 1 to 3 business days, most orders arrive within 9 to 16 days, and duties are paid before the parcel ships, so the checkout price is the final price.
thedialbop.store advertises free worldwide shipping. Its shipping policy gives 2 to 5 working days of processing plus 7 to 14 business days to the United States, and states that import duties and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns and guarantee
dialbop.com replaces a handset that arrives broken, damaged, faulty or wrong within 30 days of delivery, free, usually without asking for the original back. We do not take change-of-mind returns, and we say so before you pay.
thedialbop.store accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if the packaging is intact, with the customer paying return shipping, and asks that defects be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What is on the page
Our product page shows the real cord and the real plug in every colour, states the two things people do not love (the cord length and the old-telephone voice), and carries reviews with their source named. thedialbop.store's page shows a review count and quotes with first names and an initial. We cannot verify those reviews, and we cannot verify ours to you any better than by naming the source, so treat both with the same caution.
How to be sure it is us
The address bar reads dialbop.com. The legal contact page names the business and its street address. Your confirmation and shipping emails come from support@dialbop.com, and a person answers that address. If you ordered from one of the other stores and something went wrong, that store is your contact, not us, but if you are stuck on which plug your phone takes, email us your phone model anyway. It costs us nothing to answer.
