DialBop™ is sold at dialbop.com and nowhere else. This page says what you get for ordering here. Each point is written into our shipping policy or refund policy, so you can hold us to it.
We match the plug to your phone before it ships
On the product page you pick USB-C, Lightning or 3.5 mm for each handset. If you are not sure, email support@dialbop.com with your phone model and a person tells you which one to order. Lightning orders for iPhone 14 and older ship with the adapter in the box. The plug guide covers every current iPhone and Android.
The photos show the real cord and the real plug
Every product photo has the full coiled cord and the plug in frame, in red, bubblegum pink and matte black. We also say the two things people do not love before you pay: the cord reaches a desk or an armchair and no further, and your voice takes on the warm tone of an old telephone. If either is a problem for you, better to know now.
Shipping is free and tracked, and the checkout price is the final price
Free shipping on every order, everywhere we ship. We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel moves, and most orders arrive within 9 to 16 days of that first business day. Duties are paid before the parcel leaves, so nobody knocks on your door asking for more money. Prices show in local currency for most countries.
A faulty handset gets replaced within 30 days
If your handset arrives broken, damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send a replacement free. Most of the time we do not ask for the original back. When we do, we cover the postage. If we cannot replace it, you get a full refund. If you ordered a Duo or a Trio and only one handset has a problem, we replace that one. You can cancel free of charge at any point before the order starts moving.
The guarantee covers faults. It does not cover a change of mind, and the cord length, the colour and the old-telephone voice are the product rather than defects, which is why we describe all three before you buy.
Two or three cost less per handset
The second handset in a Duo is half price, and the Trio is buy two, get one free. Any mix of colours and plugs counts, and the discount applies in the cart on its own.
A real business answers the email
DialBop is the trade name of a small business at Avinguda Roc Codó 17, Sant Cugat del Vallès, 08172 Barcelona, Spain, phone +34 644 008 900, open since September 5, 2026. Your order confirmation, shipping updates and any reply to a question come from support@dialbop.com, and the people who sold you the handset are the ones who answer. Checkout
Orders go through Shopify's checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the usual cards. We never see your card number.
What we do not claim
We do not claim the handset is hi-fi, and we do not claim it is the only one of its kind. Corded retro handsets exist on marketplaces at lower prices, and our comparison guide says when one of those is the better buy.
