Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

Nearly everywhere. Tracked delivery is quickest to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Spain, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. Anywhere else, we accept the order and ship if our carrier serves your address. If it turns out it cannot, we cancel the order and refund you in full, usually within a couple of days.

2. Rates

$4.95 flat rate everywhere we ship. Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.

3. Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 9 to 13 days, with tracking from dispatch to your door.

4. Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Duties are paid before the parcel ships, so nobody will knock asking for money.

5. Problems

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@dialbop.com and we will replace it or refund you.
